Chris Costello
Chris Costello is a Broker with Thrive Realty Group in London, Ontario, helping upwardly mobile professionals upgrade into a home that actually fits their life — not the one they bought ten years ago.
The Short Version
Buying or selling a home is a big deal. It's emotional, expensive, and usually happening while you're busy living your life. My job is to bring order to the roller coaster and keep you from making decisions you'll regret at 2 a.m.
I work with busy professionals who want a home that reflects who they are now, not who they were ten years ago. I'm direct, strategic, and very honest. If something's a bad idea, I'll tell you. Kindly. Probably with a bit of humour. I even created a "One Step Ahead" process so you know what's happening next and why.
I value respect, discretion, and creating a space where clients feel safe. No pressure, no judgment, no awkward energy.
The goal is simple: find a home that feels like you — not a compromise!
Who I Work With
Most of my clients own a $600K–$800K home in London and are moving into the $1M–$1.5M range — that's my sweet spot. I'm also building out my presence in the $1.5M–$3M luxury tier, where there's less inventory but I'm very comfortable with the nuances.
If your current place doesn't fit your life anymore — space, layout, location, or just where you're at now versus where you were when you bought it — that's exactly the conversation I'm good at having.
